As tabbed, the chorus part should be alternating between the Eb and Ab strings (starting on Ab), not all on Eb. I also think the chorus ends with another half step up at the end (E Bb D Eb E). I'm able to play this at standard tuning a half step down from the tabs and it seems right, not sure why flattened other than I know other Failure songs use that tuning.
