SATB, improv in all parts, 12-bar blues. This tune is a rendition of a Southern tent revival complete with a guest preacher, choir, and congregation. Built upon a twelve-bar blues, the chart borrows ideas from the funky-jazz element of the late 50's Hard Bop. The bari and soprano have an opportunity to trade rolls as the bari solos and the soprano plays a "bass" line. Later, the soprano and tenor solo together followed by a shout chorus and a final solo by the alto. Always successful with audiences.
